National Fostering Group - Content Producer

A multi-faceted content focused role which involved drawing on many elements of my experience in both digital and print content marketing to date.

 

Daily tasks ranged from the predominantly journalistic led in terms of interviewing foster carers and staff across the business for upload of blog content to the primary company website, to both writing and optimising copy for the B2C iteration of the website and the more B2B leaning NFA Group site.

 

There was also a significant PR and outreach side to the role, whereby I was tasked with writing press releases on behalf of NFA to promote forthcoming campaigns and newsworthy stories within the business, which will subsequently be used to contact regional and national press for pickup. 

 

Working as the sole content editor across the group, I also worked closely with in-house stakeholders to write and adapt both new and existing print and digital materials, including everything from lengthy information packs to nurturing e-mail, social media and advertising copy.
