Manchester Airport Group/MAG-O - Senior Web Manager

 

Working initially as an assistant Web Content Manager, I was required to upload content and maintain the existing user navigation experience on each of the airport websites under the Manchester Airport Group brand. I played a key role in the design and content creation process of the new Stansted, Manchester and East Midlands Airport websites.

Having been promoted to a more senior role as lead group web editor, additional responsibilities alongside writing fresh content for the 'Travel Ideas' inspiration area of the site included maintaining the group websites, training new content editors in the team, taking responsibility for managing daily workload, leading on content marketing campaigns and assisting with any new website builds sitting under the group marketing umbrella. 

 

Primary tasks included working on themed content marketing campaigns from initial conception, through to delivering landing pages and providing detailed Google Analytics based reports on progress and results.
